2. Verwenden Sie nur qualitativ hochwertiges Bioethanol: Verwenden Sie nur Bioethanol von hoher Qualität, da minderwertiges Bioethanol unvollständig verbrennen und giftige Gase freisetzen kann (mind 96%-100%).
3. Vermeiden Sie Überfüllung: Füllen Sie den Kamin nur bis zur empfohlenen Füllhöhe. Eine Überfüllung kann zu einer erhöhten Brandgefahr führen.
4. Halten Sie den Kamin von brennbaren Materialien fern: Stellen Sie den Kamin auf einen stabilen Untergrund und halten Sie ihn von brennbaren Materialien wie Vorhängen, Möbeln, Papier oder Holz fern.
5. Betreiben Sie den Kamin nur in gut belüfteten Räumen: Bioethanolkamine verbrennen sauber, produzieren aber dennoch Kohlenmonoxid, das bei unzureichender Belüftung zu einer erhöhten Kohlenmonoxidvergiftung führen kann.
6. Vermeiden Sie unsachgemäße Handhabung: Vermeiden Sie das Nachfüllen von Bioethanol, wenn der Kamin noch heiß ist. Benutzen Sie immer Schutzhandschuhe, um sich vor Verbrennungen zu schützen.
